Non-profit organizations are offered grant writing services at discounted rates for foundation or private sector funding through special grant writing packages that include:

• Initial strategic consultation with client to determine specific funding needs for project.
• One-time grant funding source search for one project resulting in submissions to multiple grantors.
• Preparation of grant proposals tailored to individual grantor’s guidelines.
• Cover letter and letters of inquiry (as required).
• Preparation and submittal of grant proposals.

This package will be completed within 6-8 weeks of contract commencement date.

Special package pricing for Non-Profit Organizations:

• 8 Private Sector Proposals: $4,975                 (one grant topic to multiple grantors)

• 4 Private Sector Proposals: $3,980                 (one grant topic to multiple grantors)

• 2 Private Sector Proposals: $3,360                 (one grant topic to multiple grantors)

Grant Research Service Program:     

Annual fee: $500.00

Our Grant Research Service Program is an economical way to stay abreast of funding opportunities throughout the year.

• Research upcoming funding opportunities by utilizing a variety of sources, publications and databases where we have access to over 80,000 private, federal and state grant opportunities.
• Develop an initial detailed report of federal, state, and foundation grant competitions for which you are eligible to apply and likely to be awarded. The report development process takes us up to four weeks to complete, at which time we will e-mail you your report which will thoroughly prioritize the funding opportunities, and enable us to establish your grant schedule for the year.
• Alert you of new grants as they become available and offer consultation in making the decision whether or not to pursue the grant opportunity.

Additional Services & Terms:          

Private Sector Grant Writing Packages: 50% due at contract signing, 50% due upon completion prior to final submission. (Note: If a grantor requests any clarification or re-application of a proposal, SP Consultants will perform additional services free of charge.)

State and Federal Government Grants and RFP’S: $2,500 + per individual grant (depending on scope of project).

Additional Services: Consultation, research and/or preparation of organizational task-list necessary for work such as refining mission statements, focusing on needs and identifying strategies: $75.00 per hour billable monthly.

Travel and Reimbursable Fees: Actual + 10%
